I've felt that way, everwhere I've been. Life has led me to a lot of places. And, I've found the beauty in all of them. But even to this day, when someone finds out I'm from Alaska, and goes, "OH, WOW!" I just can't help but tell them all they'll listen to!

Live there now... dont plan on leaving. I love it here. Beautiful city. And I can get just about anywhere on the East coast upper north or lower south in a day or less...

Would love to go out west one day though, but I could never live anywhere but here, except maybe tuscany, or florence, or venice... lol...

Born and raised in McGehee, Arkansas.

Married a sailor at age 19 and have been in southeastern Virginia ever since.

VA is where I consider home now, it is where my children were born. A beautiful state, rich in history and has every kind of outdoor recreation you can imagine.

Wondergirl, We are practically neighbors. I have lived in Illinois my hole life.
About 20 min away from chicago.
Its nice because its not to far to visit but far enough to be away from all the busy hussle and bussle of the city. I live in a suburb called Steger, its nice but it has changed a lot in the past few years, for the worse.
