Punctuation is very important. It's the different between helping your Uncle Jack off a horse, and helping your Uncle Jack, off a horse.

LOL! I know, I'm not one to criticize punctuation. But I write like I talk. I put commas where I want a pause.

My mother would often call me to the dinner table with the words “Come and eat Victor.” However, as that sentence stands, it would certainly provide a good reason for me to avoid the dinner table or even call Child Protective Services on my parents.
