Stringer, you truly won the lottery, a wonderful, beautiful, kind, caring, loving wife, and I'm sure you give as good as you get. :)

Marta sounds like a wonderful person, I wish I could know you two in person, if only you didn't live so far away, and if only I had a passport. ;)

You do know that you and Marta are welcom in the Altenweg home anytime, just say the word and I'll put new sheets on the pull out couch (it's queen size). I mean it, not kidding, totally serious, just say the word my dear, I'll even cook for you two, roast duck sound good? ;):)

Rebbie, goes without saying that you are welcome anytime as well. I picture you coming to visit when Starby does, us going out for a girls night out, on your bike. ;)

Um, what? Who, me? No, I'd never do that ducky. :)

I'm sick, I have a sore throat and my left ear is sore too. Every time I sneeze it feels like my ear drum is going to pop out. I'm not a happy camper. :(

I need to get stuff done this weekend, I don't have time to be sick, or energy, does someone have a get well quick remedy? Sneezy, any ideas? Alty's sick. :(

Boy, we're just a sickly bunch here aren't we? I'm just fuming again! I got up this morn, and called the pharmacist, and asked her to fax the clinic and get this straightened out. I just got off the phone with her. She said she faxed it, but didn't get a fax back, and now the clinic closed at noon. So now I'm without the other pills until at least Monday.

I think I'll send Wiggy out for some of that. If I can avoid this or shorten the length of it, I will try anything. I cannot be sick right now, just cannot! ;)

You really need to move to Sherwood Park Starby, we've got good doctors and pharmacists here. Also, I'm here, daily coffee chat sessions in person, think about it. Niki can play with my, gulp, three dogs, and we can chat, eat, gossip, you know, girl stuff. :)

Yes I need to go to for awhile, and clean up just a bit at a time. Clean for 5, rest for 10, that kind of thing. I feel like I'm lugging an extra person around with me!

Thanks Sweet Alty! I would love being with you and Starby in person! Wish we could all three get on bikes and tear out around the country side. Likewise, ever in the U.S.A. come to Oklahoma and stay with me. Lots to do and see around "these here parts". LOL :p

You are all welcome at my house anytime also! :D My home is pretty small, but the beautiful lake my parents live on is only an hr away. There is a huge campground, and there is boating, and jet skiing, and all sorts of water sports. They have things like boat parades, poker runs, bochi ball tournaments, well just about anything you can think of. They have a big hall where they have bands come in to play, and have lots of food and games, and sometimes everyone just gathers up what ever instrument they play and head down to the hall for a jam.

It's a great little community (with the campground attached on the other side) and there is always someone willing to take you out for a boat ride. We usually get a bunch of the neighbors to all come out on their boats at once, and tie together at a nice place in the lake, and have lunch and jump from boat to boat. No one ever seems to come home with who they came with! LOL! We usually stay out for the afernoon, and chase each other in the boats and see who we can nail with a water balloon. No one stays dry, lol.

So if we ever planned a big get together for everyone that could come, that would be a great place to do it! :D

Back to cleaning I guess... yuck!

Ohhhh, I just got a call from the pharmacy!! They got a fax back from the clinic! The pharmacist sounded happier than me! (not possible) They are making up my missing prescrip. and sending them over! Yeay!. finally!!

Oh Starby, I am so glad you are going to be getting your meds! What a relief for you. I have really been worried about you feeling so bad.

Coming to your place sure sounds fun and tempting!! Thank you for the invitation. We live where three lakes come together... have clear water gravel bottom streams with rapids to ride down. You are welcome at my house anytime. I might be a bit boring after reading about all your water fun on the boats!! But we could find lots to do. It is such a nice thought getting together with our "virtual" friends for "real".

Don't spend too much energy cleaning. Been missing you on the threads! Feel better soon! :p

I'm glad you are getting your meds Starby, it's about fricking time. Jeesh, took them long enough. Sorry, venting, I don't like it when my friends get sick, nope, not at all.

Having a beer, so I'm a bit blurry now, hee, hee, anyone here? ;)

Thank you sweet Rebby! I'm feeling a little better, and will be so happy to get those meds and feel like myself again. My head feels a lot better today, and the ringing in my ears doesn't seem as bad. Having that happening for the last week has almost drove me batty!

Thanks everyone who asked about how I was and were thinking of me. I don't know what I would do without all of my great friends here! Love and Big Big Hugs to you all! (even the ones who want to shake and bake me! Lol)

I wouldn't be cleaning at all today, if my parents werem't stopping by shortly. I have to tidy up some, or I will get the dreaded "LOOK" of disgust! I'm used to it by now, so I guess cleaning is the worse of the two evils right? LOL I'm not going to go overboard though, they know I'm not feeling well, so they will just have to understand.

I'll be back around later I'm sure, and we can all chat. Maybe even dance for awhile... well everyone else can, I'll handle the music. Haha!

Dance, dance, dance, I don't know, I can barely stand. My head hurts, my throat hurts and my ear hurts, oh woe is me. :( Alty's sad and sick, needs some TLC, anyone?

Back to cleaning for me, yipee, it's never ending, nope never going to end. I need a maid. Any takers for that one?

    Sigh, I guess not.

Starby, have fun with your parents. ;)

Awwww... tell that house boy of yours to get his butt in gear and do some cleaning, so you can sit down and relax for awhile! If your wear yourself out, it's not going to be fun for them, you will be sick in bed and they will be sorry they didn't help you out to begin with!

    Hello everyone.

Starbs: I'm so glad you're feeling a bit better, not to mention your meds are coming in. YAY!! Just out of curiosity, which route did you take last night? Was it R&R or half the furo?

Alty: don't clean. Hire some 15 year old to clean your place. After cleaning for 4 hours, yell at him/her for drinking on the job, and fire him/her.

Sneezy, where do I find this 15 year old drunk? ;)

I feel horrible, my throat is killing me, and my ear really hurts, I'm sick, jeesh, it's summer, I don't want to be sick. Will positive thinking help? I am not sick, I am not sick, I am not sick, nope, not working. :(

My get up and go said goodbye before it even said hello, I have no energy and way too much to do. HELP!!

ATTENTION WIGGY AND HOUSE GUEST! Get out the mops, brooms, cleaners, and everything else you need! One of you go mow the lawn, while the other stays inside and cleans.

In the meantime, WIGGY!. you give Alty her cold meds, tell her to lay down and rest, and then make her (order her) a nice dinner!

Then and only then... are either of you allowed beer! You want one... c'mon I know you do! Alty can have all the beer she wants!

    THAT'S AN ORDER!
