I guy I had a MAJOR crush on, was in a country band. It was my birthday, and he invited me up on stage and sang that song to me. I was so embarrassed, but so giddy! LOL He asked me out at the end of the night, and we went back to my house for a few drinks, and he just played the guitar and sang to me all night. We stayed together for quite awhile, until the band started touring and he was out of town too much. :(

I got the laundry started, and I am going to start giving out orders... my kids are going to love this!;)

Biggie, I like you... You will soon find out how strong you really are! I know it's hard, stick to the rules of the NC and I know you will be fine. I don't post in that thread, just because I haven't ever had to, but I read it all the time and see how strong and powerful living by the NC makes and has made many people over there! YOu can do this... ;) I think you are a great guy, I like your attitude and your willingness to get it out on the table with lots of truth. That will help you in the long run, knowing and saying your feelings truthfully is really important! You keep on keeping on Biggie! ;)

    Thanks guys,
I have a habit of over analyzing which is probably one of the worst things you can do in a breakup. I know it hasn't been long and I was hoping that I was ahead of schedule. I think that I am little bit unsettled at the fact that changes are happening and I don't know about them. This sort of event makes me start thinking about tons of things which really don't matter.

Either way, I hope I didn't screw myself up too bad. I think its amazing that I can still feel like I love her and want to be friends (or more) with her after what she has put me through. (HAHA - that's terrible, she didn't put me through anything, I did this to myself).

And starby, thanks to you too for the advice on the other thread. I don't want to look like a baby, so I'm going to keep my posting to a minimum over there...

Oh boy, I love life :D

Exactly Starty... I agree. I know how awful it feels, oh BELIEVE me I do. The breakup is one thing, but then the betrayal, the old feelings, the new feelings, the I don't know what the hell to do feelings, are just unbearable sometimes. I would rather have the flu, with a cold, with an ulcer, other than feel the way that feels.

I think with your outlook, you will come out the other side just fine! And you're right, we put ourselves in these situations, and it does suck. We can't sit and blame ourselves though.

    Thanks again everyone,

I'm going to jump in the shower and try to get to sleep. I need to get up for work in about 5 hours... so I need some rest. Hopefully I'll feel a lot better, but that drinking part I mentioned puts a pit in my stomach every time it comes back into my mind. I don't know why...

Thanks again, you don't know how much I appreciate having someone just to talk to. Keeping this sort of thing bottled up isn't healthy...

    Good night
