Nope, Was not happy at all. Even before the needles as soon as we undressed him and laid him down on the doctor table he started bawling even before hand. I think he knew what was coming up. We gave him a little bit of tylenol before the shots.

Ya, he is kind of cranky right now but he will get over it. My wife fed him right after the shots as a way of calming down which worked pretty good. Oh, you he has started his teething process too. Double wammy.

Well I am going for a nap before work.

LOL oh just wait Joe the jabs get worse as they get older we have to hold them in our arms here and steady them its horrid plus from 9 weeks millie had a jab every month to prevent colds and chest infections and every other month they would take blood and that was taken from the scalp now that was yucky.

Make sure you give the little man lots of cuddle and cold carrot sticks ready for those gums ;)

That was pretty bad CBW. I wish to heck I never looked at that darn one. I was at work, and I have mounds to do, but I felt I couldn't just walk away from it.

All I kept thinking about was those 3 babies. Just killed me.

I worry sometimes how stable these people are. Oh anyway, had me shaken just a bit.

    Many hugs to all.

You know... I don't have a problem with abortion. Every person's life is different, and so are every person's choices. I have no right to judge (I'm not God, after all!) someone else's choices.

I don't condone the use of abortion as birth control (three abortions is obviously birth control)... but consenting to sex does NOT mean consenting to pregnancy.

I've faced the choice, and decided that it wasn't the route I could go... but I was also extremely grateful that I had the right to choose or not to choose.

I think that anyone who hasn't faced that choice has no idea how hard it is to make (for MOST people, anyway). Regardless what you decide to do, you've scarred yourself for life.

That guy did take scum to a new level, though.

    Hi Synnen,

Exactly why I couldn't say what I was thinking, because I was never in that situation. But boy, one word did come to mind when I was reading it. And see, it was drilled in our heads both at school and at home... judge not... and I do live by that, I try to, that's why I had to switch off to what I was taught. Oh boy. Just awful.

    But here's a hug for you. {... }

    Hi honey :)

Tell it like is girl :). Oh Laura what a mess and that saddest part is, he didn't expect that from us at all. I don't think he got how vile his actions were. He does now though, or at least I hope.

I got so hung up on that stinkin smile face on his post, I'm laughing about it now, somewhat, but it was driving me crazy, reading those words of his, and that stupid smiling face on his post!! Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. I honestly think my brain did that on purpose, because I couldn't handle what I was reading.

The BEST thing for his wife is to get away from him and start a fresh life. Oh boy.

Now every time I see two bricks together, I will LMAO and think OUCH! LOL. The best way is the Laura way!!

I have this gut feeling, don't ask me why, that is wife will be glad to be rid of him. Just a feeling I have. Maybe it's just a hope that I have that she won't be hurt. I can be a DUH sometimes.

    Lots of love and hugs

And Laura she may be. He may be so disillusioned. Maybe she wants nothing to do with him.

And hey, he wasn't alone, he had help from that girlfriend of his! The whole thing is just so stomach turning.

Like they say, you think you got troubles. Cripes!

How was your day otherwise!! I did okay with the urges today (until I read the smiley face post), but the urges are lessining a little. Not as fierce.

As far as Joshua goes he is still not himself. He has been crying a lot since yesterday. My wife said there was a bruise on his leg, and when I came home this morning big swollen and red and it is huge. I was very surprised this happened because never had any problems with the first shots. These shots are exactly the same. The doctor used that bacterial stuff before giving the needle. Never seen that used instead of alcohol. Another thing the doctor asked is how much we bath him. Both my wife and I were curious why he would ask that question. His outfit was wet, but not dirty. Wet from all that extra syliva from teething. Anyway, I am sure he will be all right, just curious on why he has such a bad reaction this time and last time had no problem.

I will be on later. Take care everybody.

What the heck did I miss yesterday? Joe I'm sorry to hear about joshua's day at the doctors. I' d call the doc again and have him check the red bump. Especially if he's had the same shots as before. You could try rubbing it with an ice cube wrapped in a wash cloth. That might help. I'd give him tylenol again to help soothe and comfort him. It'll help with the teething too. Poor little guy.
My 11 year old son had a tetenus shot 2 weeks ago and it took me and the nurse to hold him down. So I feel for you.
Laura, kiss little madam for me the little darling.
My first valentines day present after I got married was morning sickness. A box of godiva chocolates would've done the trick.

    Luve ya's Beth.
Ps I'll be running in and out today with mr. chippers, so I'll try to keep up. I'm an old lady after all.

Wow, I was surprised on how much I missed yesterday too.

    Thank you Beth,

My wife goes to this group today. Meeting with other new mothers and the nurse is the one that is the lead person there. So I reminded and said that it is important that Joshua gets checked out by the nurse while he is there.
