    It's GREAT for weight loss, if you do it religiously (read that as "practice every day") and watch your diet.

    Belly dance is NOT for wimps... it's a hell of a workout!

    So is sex but I still do that... lol... just teasing synn. I'm trying to find the right thing for me to lose this weight with. I love to dance and I love the music that belly dancing goes with so I might look into it more. I don't think I could do it every day to start with but every other day would be OK I think...
