    Its well, thank you Cap.

    Some people are disgusted about my love of pork, but I do not really care. Pork is so yummy. We can make lots of different dishes, sandwhiches , etc..

    Oh one time I did a cordon blue with a twist. I actually bought real thick pork chops. Sliced the center. Rolled ham with swiss cheese inside and stuffed the pork chops then breaded the chops and into the oven. Turned out pretty good.

    There is so much misinformation about Pork. It all depends on the cut and what part of the pig it comes from. There is actually some meat from the pig that does not have any fat, go figure. Spent some of my time at a local grocery store right out of school, learn a lot when working in the meat department. Oh well, I would say the occasional chomp will not hurt. Especially if it is the tenderloin. Yum Yum.

    EDIT ::::::::::

    Sorry to everybody I keep talking about Pork and food, but you guys talked about Turkey for days Roflmasof. Lol

    Hey! I'd like to cast my ballot here, too! I prefer pork. In all the various forms.
    Cooking it properly is how you taylor your flavor preference. Experiment and compare recipe's!

    Same here Cap. My wife on the other hand is a different story. Trying to convince her for years that pork is good. Well after tasting my cooking she could not resist it anymore. Lol

    Goodnight Captain, going to have a heart to heart with proud and then watch a movie.

    Hey guys... Oh what a day! Early to late, and I am finishing the weekends laundry.
    BACON, RP... you know I just ate two packages of bacon all most by myself!
    I think I put on three or four pounds just from it! Damn it...
