PS> I AM enjoying your right wing collective orgasm, though.
Ex... if you where in the Oval office while Obama was giving the orders... you still wouldn't believe it.
So you are admitting and saying Zero is so utterly incompetent... that he has absolutely no idea what his flunkies are doing about anything?

With Benjhazi, The IRS stuff and the Phone taps... if he had a clue he would have known.
We aren't talking people taking an extra 5 minutes for lunch.
If your employee was selling Meth and running a booky operation on your dime from your business.. I think you would or at least should have a clue about what they are doing.

Nixon TOLD his attorney general to use the IRS to go after his enemy's.
And that little tidbit was not revealed in the opening days of the scandal. It took many reporters investigating ;an independent prosecutor ,and hauling the WH people before a Special select Committee .
But we are told by the Obots that isn't necessary because the Holder Justice Dept can do the job. Like the fox guarding the chickens.

Dude, it was his buddy Axelrod that used the defense of government being too big for him to handle. We've been saying that for years, nice to see he's on board.

More good news for America...
First on CNN: Witness Protection Program lost two 'known or suspected terrorists'
By Jake Tapper, CNN Chief Washington Correspondent
The U.S. Marshals Service lost two former participants in the federal Witness Security Program “identified as known or suspected terrorists,” according to the public summary of an interim Justice Department Inspector General’s report obtained by CNN.
The Marshals Service has concluded that “one individual was and the other individual was believed to be residing outside of the United States,” according to the summary.
A Justice Department official said in response to follow up questions about the matter by reporters that the pair had left the program years ago and had been accounted for.
It was not clear when or for how long the Marshals Service lost track of them.
The report notes that while in the middle of an audit of the WITSEC program, also referred to as "WitSec," the IG notified the Justice Department of national security vulnerabilities, and the IG’s office “developed the interim report to help ensure that the Department promptly and sufficiently addressed the deficiencies we found.”
After its audit, the IG’s office reported “ the department did not definitively know how many known or suspected terrorists were admitted into the WITSEC program,” among other “significant issues concerning national security.”
Not only that, DoJ failed to update the no-fly list.
WASHINGTON (AP) — The government allowed "a small but significant number" of terrorists into America's witness protection program and then failed to provide the names of some of them for a watch list that's used to keep dangerous people off airline flights, the Justice Department's inspector general says.
As a result of the department's failure to share information with the Terrorist Screening Center, some in the witness protection program who were on a government "no-fly" list were allowed to travel on commercial flights, the department's watchdog said.
But hey, at least they're keeping America safe from Tea Party grandmothers.

I'm all for oversight. Let's see where this goes. You've got your prognostication (he's a corrupt crook), and I've got mine.
On the AP front, it looks like a leaker did us some national security damage. Given your anger over Benghazi, and Wikkileaks, I'd think you'd applaud this move... I mean, it IS the lame stream media, and they're IN Obama's pocket, after all. Plus, they did us WRONG - or somebody did. That's what the investigation is about.. Don't you want to know?

It becoming clear from the congressional hearing that nobody not even the congress can interpret the law covering tax exemptions and the flood of application. There is no clarity. At least not from 2010t o 2012.
But we know that despite right wing scandal mongering looking into the POLITICAL activities of applicants of any exemption status requires time and questions and clarity of the law and procedure, and the congress is charged with oversight. Congress dropped the ball. They failed to supply the clarity of the laws and to be honest it goes back decades.

Benghazi was ONE instance too.
This time one very important asset against Al Quaida was COMPROMISED.. We don't get MANY inside guys, and this guy WAS. Without him, an airliner was going to get BOMBED... He STOPPED it... The AP or it's government snitch COMPROMISED him. He could be killed. His family is in danger. He's OUR guy, just like Ambassador Stevens was.
You're pissed over Benghazi, but screw this guy, right?? Dude!

Obama and Hillary BOTH deserve to go to jail over their inaction and lies over Beghazi...
THen let Michell and Hillary both go down there and sit... WITHOUT any protection what-so-ever... their lives aren't worth any more than the Four who died there were. I bet the libtards would never let that happen because they know how bad they screwed up here.

No I have not fallen in the 'he's a crook ' camp. I'm in the 'he set the tone and everyone else took it as marching orders ' camp. Peggy Noonan says it better than I do.
The president, as usual, acts as if all of this is totally unconnected to him. He's shocked, it's unacceptable, he'll get to the bottom of it. He read about it in the papers, just like you.
But he is not unconnected, he is not a bystander. This is his administration. Those are his executive agencies. He runs the IRS and the Justice Department.
A president sets a mood, a tone. He establishes an atmosphere. If he is arrogant, arrogance spreads. If he is too partisan, too disrespecting of political adversaries, that spreads too. Presidents always undo themselves and then blame it on the third guy in the last row in the sleepy agency across town.
This Is No Ordinary Scandal - WSJ.com
Kimberley Strassel expands that thought .
Was the White House involved in the IRS's targeting of conservatives? No investigation needed to answer that one. Of course it was.
President Obama and Co. are in full deniability mode, noting that the IRS is an “independent” agency and that they knew nothing about its abuse. The media and Congress are sleuthing for some hint that Mr. Obama picked up the phone and sicced the tax dogs on his enemies.
But that's not how things work in post-Watergate Washington. Mr. Obama didn't need to pick up the phone. All he needed to do was exactly what he did do, in full view, for three years: Publicly suggest that conservative political groups were engaged in nefarious deeds; publicly call out by name political opponents whom he'd like to see harassed; and publicly have his party pressure the IRS to take action.
Mr. Obama now professes shock and outrage that bureaucrats at the IRS did exactly what the president of the United States said was the right and honorable thing to do. “He put a target on our backs, and he's now going to blame the people who are shooting at us?” asks Idaho businessman and longtime Republican donor Frank VanderSloot.

And with the AP tapping revealed ,we know that the Emperor has no friends that he trusts . What is the world to think about a President who lies to and throws his enemies and friends alike under the bus ? How do you deal with a man who changes red lines and makes long time allies wait on him in the White House while he is eating dinner ? If he could throw his whole contingent at Benghazi under the bus and not assist them in their time of need then how can he be trusted on anything ?
Now to answer your question about the AP story . What was so important about the classified information being leaked that the Emperor felt compelled to risk his relationship with the MSM? To provoke that sort of reaction, the leaker must be a fairly high level traitor leaking really sensitive stuff.
Keep in mind, the Bush administration's objective of taking down the Iranian nuclear weapons program was derailed when people within the national intelligence community constructed a bogus National Intelligence Estimate (NIE) and leaked it to the MSM. Did someone in the Obama administration see a repeat of the same sort of stunt and respond preemptively? What we may be seeing is a shadow war between people in the national intelligence community and the Obama administration.

Ahhh I see . It wasn't about a national security imperative ,or protecting a source. It was that the Obots wanted to control the message... as if AP is a state owned subsidiary .

I almost forgot this bit of good news today... in addition to the IRS thugs, losing "known or suspected terrorists" and failing to update the no-fly list so they can fly around with us, the idiots in the White House admission and snooping on the media for not bowing to the will of the administration, when Obama released all those harmless illegals because of the sequester, they unleashed over 200 "serious criminals" on us.
In one week this administration has confirmed most of our worst fears.
