    We all have memories, that's what keeps us grounded emotionally.

    Travel with that sh&&t. In your front pocket.

    One thing I did was to dredge up every single relationship & memory, by myself. Not just romantic ones, but all. Stuff I neglected to remember.

    I worked my butt off to heal.
