Well, abear. I do not like taking anything but at least these give me an extra couple of hours. Normally get 3 or 4 hours a night. So getting 5 or 6 is better. The only thing is if I get up. It makes me feel really heavy and sometimes drowsy when I do get up. Everything has side effects.
The black parade. Enjoying that.

I missed you too.
I figure, we are 3 hours difference... which means when I get back from taking children to school, you are just waking up... it's lunch time for you when I have school pick up duty, and dinner time for me is your midday break... when I put my kids to bed, you just finished dinner... it crazy but at least we manage to catch up here at night... LOL:D

It is up to you, I don't own this place... but I know sometimes there are people that get crabby when the rating system is used wrong, so I wouldn't want to fukk anything up... Excuse my language... geeze Start...
I don't mind if you use it Joe... :) you are so sweet to notice I said that in the first place... My question is, this being more of a chatty place then an advice place, (although sometimes it is just that) I wonder why they would put it there in the first place... you know? Or am I just weird?

Oh so they're not herbal, or are they? I have trouble getting to sleep, and the ones I sometimes use don't seem to have that much of an effect.
I have no problem staying asleep, its getting there that's the problem

You are so right, I know... I love it when I am on and you can't sleep... that sounds mean, but it is the best time we have together, other wise it is definitely hit and miss! I would much rather "hit" if you know what I am talking about! Hee hee... Ak you are too cute... and I am a Plumb addict now! ;) Thanks!

I have tried herbal but does not really work for me. No trouble getting to sleep but staying asleep. Yes, they are prescribed. The ones I have are what they also use for people that have anxiety attacks and stuff, but they also prescribe them for insomnia. I rarely use it and the doctor has me on the lowest dose possible.

LOL, I have some little pills like that too, they're called Xanax;)
Did you try Valerian root or just taking Benadryl?

Ahh, reet, I don't want to use anything 'chemical' I use the term loosely, because of any side-effects, I have enough to worry about as it is

Tried Valerian root and melatonin I think it is called.
Lorzapam. They are both in the same family.
Albear, everything has side effects and actually some herbal medicines may have stronger side effects depending on what you use and combinations of other things.
Hee Hee, START. DO NOT WANT TO TALK ABOUT DRUGS ALL THE TIME, BUT I AM SURE A NICE BIG BOTTLE OF WHISKEY MIGHT HELP. Hee hee.
