    Phys therapy is good, it will take time,but in the long run it is better than letting your body heal as it is Capt!
    As the body age it gets more difficult to heal...

    Yes, it's true, and I'm getting gooder at the old stuff.
    I did buy an excersize ball for working out a little at home.

    No I am here. I had to post in mental and emotional health because I hadn't responded. So many good people out there!
