A panel of judges on the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled on Friday evening that the Department of Homeland Security's decision to deny bond hearings to immigrants arrested across the country is consistent with the constitution and federal immigration law.
Specifically, circuit judge Edith H. Jones wrote in the 2-1 majority opinion that the government correctly interpreted the Immigration and Nationality Act by asserting that “unadmitted aliens apprehended anywhere in the United States are ineligible for release on bond, regardless of how long they have resided inside the United States."

Setting aside the gang banger criminals that Trump is rightly targeting with the ICE raids ;the rest who are being caught in the net were betrayed by the Dems.

Millions came to the US because the Dems opened the border and with a wink and nod, told them they were welcome. They could come here and get sanctuary; live off the welfare provided by the American taxpayer. Work if they chose to do so. Eventually they would get amnesty; become citizens and be reliable Dem voters.

They maybe should've known they were being played. The people who made the promises were getting their pockets lined, moving into mansions. The welfare money that came in left them dependent on the fat cats; but the $billions plundered made it to them like breadcrumbs to the pigeons. Where did the rest of the $ go?

Now there is someone who is enforcing the law. The Dems make a big play at banging the drums crying foul. But in the end of the day the Dems go home to their mansions. The migrants go back to their nation of origin. The Dems will move on to another scheme.

The Dem Guv in question was George Wallace. He defied Federal supremacy of the law. It took the intervention of Federal troops to enforce the law.
2026 the Dem Guv's name is Tim Walz. They both asserted state autonomy over Federal policy. Both had local law enforcement stand down and give no assistance to the Feds. Both used inflammatory rhetoric to stir up their base encouraging violent resistance. Both willingly gave up law enforcement for mob control .

This past weekend, the Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network — known locally as "WAISN," a Seattle-based, immigrant-led organization, publicly rebuked the practice of whistles, setting off a backlash inside mostly White liberal activist "rapid response" circles.

"WHY WAISN RAPID RESPONSE DOES NOT USE WHISTLES," the group wrote in an Instagram post, emphasizing, "We show up with care and accountability, not noise or panic."

"It is not about being the loudest, the bravest, or the most visible person on the scene or confronting immigration agents. It is a commitment to non-violence, discipline and harm reduction, centering the well-being of the most vulnerable immigrant and refugee committees in Washington," the post continued.

The message amounted to a blunt directive: Put away the whistles.

Trump finally dumped Kristi Noem . She single handedly turned a major 80-20 issue ;enforcement of immigration laws , into a negative. Because of her the Dems were able to shut down the whole DHS at a time when it is most needed (and I wish there was no DHS ;but for some strange reason the security of the nation was consolidated into an uber large ponderous bloated agency).

The final nail was her cutting a $200 million ad that featured her at a time when her agency is shut down and denied funding . Then she testified to the Senate that Trump was all cool with it. She also had the horrible judgement of having an affair with Cory Lewandowski .Good riddance to them both . Tom Homan is doing the same immigration enforcement that ICE did under her watch without the drama that she brought to the table .
