I'm very out going and friendly on these boards...

But the truth is, if you were meeting me in person, I would be hiding behind my husband and not talking. I am SO SO SO shy! I get so scared and I just can't deal with it.

Okay, even though this isn't news to anyone, I'll say it again.

    Altenweg is my last name.
Yep, kind of original. My grandma was Zona. So my mom named me after her. Just changed it up a bit. Hated it as a kid. Love it now as an adult. Its hard to be original with names.

I've never been shy. I don't know why.

I'm very outgoing, always say what's on my mind, never back down.

    I'm German, need I say more? ;)

I am the same way Alty. But I have to know you first. Feel you out I guess. See what you can handle. Then the mouth doesn't stop. Add beer = scary! :D

    Ok, my turn I think...

I'm a huge fan of Pokemon... the cartoon is cool, but not maniac of it. More of the strategy games. I've played all of them... since I discovered it, some time after its release (~1998) and still playing now and then for 15 min a day... :o

Unky, I have a few one player PC shooter games that play to relieve stress... I enjoy them too.

No, not shooting ones... only Pokemon. Now, stop talking of that, or else I'll be talking about the other versions releases for next year, which I'm looking forwards to! ;)

    I don't know if I'm shy.

    I can be. I think.

    Maybe?

I've got an emulator on my laptop that allows me to play the Game Boy pokemon games on my laptop, its just the way the games are set up (plus it reminds me of the good old days :) )

I'm quite shy, in person, and I can preety much guarantee that you'd stay away from me in person as well :D

OK, Scott here. And I'll tell you all this ; I used to be an AMHD junkie and considered the regular posters among my "friends", even though I'd never met any of them. Then the computer went belly-up ; got infected with spy ware somehow. And of course workplace computers firewall sites such as AMHD lol! So I lived for over a year without a PC to stay linked to the internet and the 21st century. Finally I recently broke down and bought a notebook laptop. Small, compact and portable, it's only a 10-in. screen but the price is right and with a 160 GB hard drive it can do everything a larger computer can do. The only drawback is that is has no CD-ROM drive so I had to buy an external one. So here I am, back at AMHD,putting my 2 cents into everyone else's business (with their blessing, of course! After all, when you ask, be prepared for answers!) Well, everyone have a happy 4th and enjoy the fireworks.
