Joe, best wishes of "Get well soon!" to your wife.
Everybody else, Starby, Alty, Starty, M, Stringer, Sneezy, Biggie, Guy, Rebbie, and J9, rp, kp, and others coming in here now and then, have a good morning when you wake up:P! or a good day.
Hum, i just remembered, has anybody seen the clip (on youtube) concerning people slaying a horse? That's disgusting and abobinable!!! And that all happens here, in Mauritius. The responsibles are muslim youngsters. I don't want to offend anyone (firmy) but the muslims here, i don't like them at all. They are supposed to be fasting, and they do that horrible act, and worse, they enjoyed it. They were not supposed to have any form of 'pleasure' and the clip shows the opposite. I myself could not watch it completely, i felt as if i would have vomitted. Animal lovers, i disadvise you to watch it, but if you want to see it anyways, here's the link:

Unky, you're right! I should not have watched that. There has to be something wrong with people like that. That is just SICK! (what Bear said) I couldn't watch it all the way through.
Unky, I meant to say to you, whatever the heck you said to me in French? I have no clue what you said... LOL I found a new translator toy on Google. I cheated... LOL! You have a good day/night too Unky!

So, I'm going grocery shopping again today. I need to get some more foods for lunch basically... any ideas??
Keep in mind I'm trying to keep a very healthy diet, high protein, high (good) fats and relatively low carbs at lunchtime. Any ideas for lunchtime meals?
I've done tuna for long enough now, I need some more ideas :p

How about sliced deli turkey, and some fresh veggies on some whole wheat buns, with some low sodium ready to eat soup!

That's a good idea... I was staying away from sliced meats since I know they could contain a decent amount of sodium, but I guess you have to draw the line somewhere :) I have some good veggies already, I load my salads up with them :)
Thanks Starby!

Can you define Cafuffled??
Here you go Alty:
It was the end of the school year, and a kindergarten teacher was receiving gifts from her pupils.
The florist's son handed her a gift. She shook it, held it overhead, and said, "I bet I know what it is. Flowers." "That's right!" the boy said, "But, how did you know?" "Oh, just a wild guess," she said.
The next pupil was the sweet shop owner's daughter. The teacher held her gift overhead, shook it, and said, "I bet I can guess what it is. A box of sweets." "That's right, but how did you know?" asked the girl. "Oh, just a wild guess," said the teacher.
The next gift was from the son of the liquor storeowner. The teacher held he package overhead, but it was leaking. She touched a drop off the leakage with her finger and put it to her tongue. "Is it wine?" she asked. "No," the boy replied, with some excitement. The teacher repeated the process, tasting a larger drop of the leakage. "Is it champagne?" she asked. "No," the boy replied, with more excitement. The teacher took one more big taste before declaring, "I give up, what is it?" With great glee, the boy replied, "It's a puppy!" SURPRISE!

LOL! Ewwwww!
Cafuffled kind of means confused, or out of sorts.
Everything in moderation Biggie. Do you eat Chef salad, or Greek salad? You can add olive oil and seasoning to your salad. You can get low sodium deli meats too, and add them. The vitamins and nutrients are the most important.
Do you know what it awesome and healthy? Trust me on this one. Sooooo good! Get a bulb of garlic. Drizzle it with olive oil, and wrap the whole bulb in tin foil. Chuck it into a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. In the last 20 minutes before the garlic is done, take some cherry or grape tomatoes, and spread them on tin foil, or a baking sheet. Drizzle them with olive oil, and then salt and pepper them. Leave them in for 20 minutes. Get a loaf of french bread, whatever deli meat you like, and some cheddar and mozza cheese. (or whatever cheese you like) When the garlic and tomatoes are done, just squeeze all of the garlic (it will be sweet) from the lrg bulb into a bowl, and add the tomatoes and mash them together with a fork. Spread this onto the french bread, add your meat, and add your cheese, and put them in the oven on broil, and let the cheese melt. (you can also toast up the bread a little bit first if you want by putting it in the oven for a minute while you are mashing)
It almost tastes like pizza, but soooo much better!. and it isn't hard to do. You might not want to do this at lunch, just because the garlic needs to roast for 45 minutes... but it's an awesome dinner!

Making me hungry Straby - Stop :)
I just got out of the gym, about to head to the grocery store, and now I'm hungry... GREAT :p
Thanks again!
EDIT: And yeah, I love salad, pretty much all kind of. I like to make up a salad with lettuce, peppers, carrots, olives and grilled chicken.. A little olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dressing and I'm happy :)
