Unless he has more than one... yes . Funny thing is this time the WH has a pix of the emperor in the 'Situation Room' to prove he isn't MIA like during Benghazi.

JK Kerry has no f'n clue about Egypt or the greater ME . He is still obsessed with forcing negotiations between Israel and the eunich pretend leader of the Palestinians . Maybe he is doing the country a favor by yachting instead of getting involved in a nation where there is a clear US national interest in the outcome. But you would think ;if nothing else for appearance sake;that he would pretend to be interested .

There is no clear US interest in Egypt you don't need Suez. It would be to your advantage if it were closed

Have you seen the world price of oil spike this week ? Wonder why ? Egypt doesn't pump it's own oil ;but a whole bunch of it passes through Suez. Egypt also has the largest Arab military ;and that military has been a stabilizing force in the region ,honoring the Camp David Accords among other things.
Besides that the US cannot dismisss a nation of 90 million people in their transition to a post - dictatorship ,We need to do what we can to help them expand economic opportunities for Egyptian citizens ,and creating a more sustainable economy ,and democratic political system over-all .
We also NEED their assistance and cooperation in the war against jihadistan. The Brotherhood of course aligns itself ;or if not is in direct control of the jihadists movement .
These are just some of the reasons the US cannot ignore Egypt. Unlike your nation ,ours has larger responsibilities.

You are somewhat ignorant about Egypt Tom Egypt is an oil producer.
Egypt Crude Oil Production by Year (Thousand Barrels per Day)
Yes Egypt has been a pawn in your ME power play and I have no doubt Egypt has been a convenient stopover for your CIA rendition program. As to our responsibilities Tom you forget we have stood beside you in some of your more adventurous plays and have undertaken our own regional programs. Once again you presume to be the world's policeman

I understand and appreciate your commitment to our alliances. But your nation has the luxury to pick . You condemn us as the world's police and would decry a world without a super power nation to pull the heavy weight. Without us you would surely hitch a ride with a dragon.

It's come to this...
Ahmadinejad touts Holocaust denial as great success of his tenure
Outgoing Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on Sunday described his denial of the Holocaust as one of his greatest achievements, the Fars news agency reported.
"That was a taboo topic that no one in the West allowed to be heard," Ahmadinejad said in a speech looking back at his time in office. He had enough courage to bring up the issue, he said.
"That broke the spine of the Western capitalist regime," he claimed.
I couldn't have come up with a better legacy for Ahmawhackjob myself.

Right after discovering Obamacare subsidies are going on the honor system (" liar subsidies") along with a multitude of other examples of admin incompetence, Obama is laying out a blueprint for " smarter government."
In a statement, the White House said Obama will discuss progress in three key areas: "Delivering government services better, smarter and faster ... finding ways to reduce waste and save taxpayers money; and ... opening up huge amounts of government data to give entrepreneurs and businesses the ability to create jobs and solve problems."
What could go wrong?

What can go wrong is everything... absolutelty everything. Particualrly since nobody writing the legistaion or Regualations is going to be bound by or fall under them.
If they were there would at least be some incentive to do it right.

Another not so flattering report for Hillary's State Department...
A State Department officer has been accused of selling visas for sex and money in what may have been a massive human trafficking operation, The Daily Caller has learned.
The State Department acknowledged last week that one of its officials is the target of a probe over “allegations of improprieties relating to a Consular Officer formerly assigned to Georgetown, Guyana” without providing further details. Local media are also claiming the official, who was recently withdrawn from normal duties pending completion of an official investigation, associated with drug lords as part of his visa scam.
The scandal began when executives and tourists complained that their visa applications were being held up, and local media began reporting that a visa official was demanding bribes and sex in exchange for visas.

.
In typical fashion, the most transparent administration EVER acknowledged the scandal - on the 4th of July when no one is paying any attention.
After months of stonewalling and denials, the State Department, which is investigating the matter itself, released a statement on Independence Day.
“The Department of State is aware of allegations of improprieties relating to a Consular Officer formerly assigned to Georgetown, Guyana,” the statement read. “The Department takes all allegations of misconduct by employees seriously. We are reviewing the matter thoroughly. If the allegations are substantiated, we will work with the relevant authorities to hold anyone involved accountable.”
Of course the only ones who are ever held accountable in this administration are whistleblowers or some sacrificial lamb. Don't count on anything ever to come out of this admin investigating itself.
