I understood all of it except the part about the CV, I guess I don't know what that means.

Oh, sorry, it's Curriculum Vitae, a document where you put your qualifications, work experience, your profile, etc, for a company hiring you, so that they have an idea of who they are employing.

Well be sure to include any special skills that you have, like a fast typer, however you would word that. Also some things like works great with others, Very organized, can multitask, word and excel literate, or whatever word I am thinking of. Just things like that to make you more valuable than others.

Lol, okay, I'll try putting the qualities I think I have. I just don't want to put too many things and I end up at work, expected to do more that I can actually do ;)

Well, You just want them to know what you can do if needed to be done. I had 2 requirements when I first started this job and it was to be able to spell, and to be able to use a computer. Of course I knew much more than that and I do pretty much everything and more on that list that I gave you. So you can never know what is actually expected until you start.

So I guess you are saying you want to look good but not too good and I understand that.

No, all is okay. Japan is too much to the North East and theorically, we should be shielded by Indonesia and part South East Asia. All is okay :)

Yep I will Unky, it will continue for quite some time. There is a lot to getting a new area of business up and going. A lot of researching, branding, studying local business, learning about our local competitors and their percent of the market and their approach to their market/s. And of course identifying our potential. A lot of demographics are taking place along with trying to get an insight and get some quick business also.

So you see my work has just began but we WILL be successful I have no qualms about that.

I am very pleased with it! It turned out much better then I imagined. I was having second thoughts with the red, but I am so happy I went with it.

Red is the hardest to take, so he had to go over and over AND OVER it again, so it was kind of painful that way, but nothing ridiculous.
