Starduck, are you okay? Do you need a massage, a nice relaxing bath? Here let me help. We'll have to get rid of these feather, they're in the way, can't massage you with them attached. Oh, I've got some nice massage oil, it's butter and garlic and a few other seasonings, it will feel sooooo nice. And the bath, it's nice and warm, getting warmer by the minute, and there's some, ah, let's call them bath salts in there to help you relax. Just close your little duck eyes, all your owies will be gone in no time. :)

Damn comforter!. It's a queen size, and I have a double bed so it hangs on the floor a bit... looks nice... but it sure didn't feel nice when I took a nose dive, and fell on my leg that's sore... it's just throbbing away now! I've taken more pain killers than I should have today for it already!

Have do considered putting ice on it Starby, that might help. I don't know what other advice to give you, I wish I had a magic remedy, my mom would have, she was great with natural medicine, did lots of research, always had a solution. Sadly, she didn't pass that talent on to me.
