Thanks starty! I am in la la land right now! I am in disbelief still... I just feel like something could go wrong in underwriting. There really shouldn't be any chance if that though... because the papers are signed and in their hands... and the appraiser told us that he was told what we we were going for, and we have nothing to worry about at all. So now I wonder how much my house is really worth, lol.

EDIT: You know me to well girlie! That just happened to be about the amount that will be left after the painting, lol.

Now that is pretty... pretty expensive! Lmao

I think I have decided to go with shingle... but that does make my options limited. I currently have a light brown shingle on the roof... but I was thing of maybe going with a dark grey or black... I just don't know. Guess I need to research some and find out what the diff is (or if there is any), because the black cost way more than the brown.

Start... you are in my budgeting, lol

How would I use a voltage tester? Would I go from outlet to outlet measuring the voltage? I've gone around the house and tightened outlets and opened the panel and tightened the screws that were not tight. I haven't seen the lights dim since I tightened everything. Thanks a lot! Gbrown
