I've watched the video and have seen enough still photos in the last couple of days to say shooting of Alex Pretti does not appear to be justified and that he was shot after the threat had already been neutralized in my opinion. His gun had already been removed . Further investigation MAY reveal that his weapon discharged as that apparently is an issue with a SIG Sauer P320 although Sig Saur denies it is an issue. Local "rapid responders" made at least 26 entries into a database called "MN ICE Plates" in the critical hours before and after the killing, documenting the license plate numbers and details of alleged ICE vehicles they claimed to see around Nicollet Avenue.
Pretti was part of the movement. He was not an innocent mostly peaceful protester . He went there to provoke a confrontation . Pretti and others were there when ICE arrived . It was not a coincidence. The same thing happened to Dr Oz RFK Jr's deputy Jim O'Neill when they went to Minneapolis to do their own investigation of the claims of Medicaid fraud. They arrived at one of the bogus facilities and within a couple minutes were surrounded by mostly peaceful protesters cursing and giving them the finger .
It seems systemic in its nature. The building that we visited together, Greg’s building, was a textile factory, became an office building. It’s not a nice part of town. I wouldn’t take my kids there to get cared for, frankly, do much else in business But somehow they had 400 offices doing business with Medicaid charging almost $400 million to the taxpayer. That means basically each of those businesses made a million dollars. You wouldn’t walk in this building in the city part of Minneapolis. I suspect there might have been others who knew this was happening, certainly collaborating with these folks. Maybe even I wonder, the folks who were in the building, the neighborhood, someone knew… We were chased out of buildings by car honking, people giving us the finger…

I also do not see a single state and local law enforcement officer there to help. And that should be the narrative that we’re talking about, is that what we have is ICE doing isolated operations to get criminals off the street, with zero cooperation from the governor, from leadership in Congress, or from the mayor. And so when you see what we just observed, was that peaceful protesting? Of course not. That was a very violent occurrence because ICE cannot do their job effectively when law enforcement — local law enforcement refuses to help. And that is what is so tragic about what happened yesterday and what’s been happening in Minneapolis for the past several weeks, is that ICE is doing all of this work, doing their jobs, and local law enforcement are not being allowed to do a single thing to help. And that is dangerous, as we saw yesterday morning.
The left smells the blood of the martyrs they created . They see this becoming a national movement just in time for the mid-term elections ;just as the George Floyd killing ushered in the 2020 elections. Schmuck Shumer is already preparing the battlefield .We will have another government shutdown next week. He wants funding for DHS decoupled from the compromise bill that would fund the government until after the elections. If he doesn't get it he will force another shutdown. The thing is ;the BBB already funded ICE . Yeah the compromise bill adds funding. But ICE will continue operations with or without. What Schmucky and the Dems will defund in a separate bill to defund DHS is FEMA (right after a storm that swept through 40 states ) disaster preparedness ;TSA ;counter terrorism efforts .Coast Guard ;Secret Service. The real question is does the US have the resolve ? Do we really want deportations ;closed borders as Trump campaigned for ? Or has the means of enforcement become too unpalatable for America ? |

Pretti the "mostly peaceful" "nurse" turned violent protester (I can now confirm this is true ) was at the location of the confrontation within seconds ( if not before) that ICE came there to arrest an illegal.
New video from the confrontation where he allegedly got a rib broken 11 days before his fatal death shows him with the gun tucked in his pants spitting at ICE agents. They did not engage him then until he kicked their vehicle breaking the tail light. Protesters are occupying city squares and streets that they do not want to leave until their demands are met. The protestors are organized by the logistics network. In the name of the masses, the protesters give an ultimatum to the government and threaten mass uprisings if they are not satisfied. The government has two choices: retaliate with force or accept the demands. The third and final phase follows, which entails the “non-violent” overthrow of the government. In fact, it is about open attacks on authorities and the occupation of government buildings, institutions and other components or symbols of government. A kind of civil assault on the “organism” of the existing political order. If the government strikes the protesters with force, the media will accuse it of crimes and killing peaceful protesters, while if it agrees to concessions, it will be swept away very quickly because the protesters will not agree to compromises.
