unbelievable Devon Archer has had sentencing postponed due to appeals . But yesterday ;with him scheduled to testify to Congress tomorrow ;the DOJ sent him a letter to schedule his sentencing.


"We are aware of speculation that the Department of Justice’s weekend request to have Mr. Archer report to prison is an attempt by the Biden administration to intimidate him in advance of his meeting with the House Oversight Committee,” Schwartz said in a statement. “To be clear, Mr. Archer does not agree with that speculation. The evidence sure seems to point to a dirty as mud President Biden. The whole story will therefore be buried by the MSM.

However other reporting suggests that although Hunter put Quid on speaker phone in conversation with business associates ;Archer said the conversations were not business related and light and small talk ;like discussions of the weather (yeah right) . Clearly Hunter was using his relationship with 'the big guy' as part of his sales pitch. It also clearly demonstrates that Quid is lying when he claimed to know nothing about Hunter's business. (aka in Archer's terms "the brand")

Common sense tells you Hunter wasn't selling his energy expertise. He was selling his connection to 10% Joe's influence.

Time is running out . Many of the things Hunter can be charged with have already passed the statute of limitations rules. An indictment of violations of the 'Foreign Agent Relation Act' (FARA ) is still possible. Indict and there are no longer statute of limitations restraints .

We know from the Trump administration that violations of FARA can lead to jail time. Put the pressure on Hunter and see if he doesn't throw Quid under the bus.
