    You're not going to get a diagnosis here. We can only suggest what could be going on. For a solid diagnosis and treatment you need to go to a doctor. It might be a short term thing, it might be a long term condition. You can never give us enough information to allow for anything other than you got. It isn't possible on-line and we're not trained to diagnose anything.
