    Most likely you will eventually conceive. As noted, it takes many people a year of actively trying before they conceive.

    Go see your doctor for a blood test for pregnancy. If you are not pregnant, ask your doctor to try and find a reason for why you are not having your period.

    We CANNOT help you. All we can do is suggest possibilities and give advice. Expecting anything more from this site or any site like it is unrealistic.

    In your situation you NEED to speak to your physician. You NEED to be thoroughly examined, possibly go through a battery of tests.

    Why are you not under a doctors care? That's the best help you can get for your issues, whatever they are. Now relax and make an appointment.
