Please help how to adjust my attitude. Give me some ways to remove such things from my mind.
Any habits I've to start. I want to change myself. Pls show me the way.

Stop thinking of women as objects for you to control and "destroy"... how's that for a start?

The main thing you can do to change yourself is to think of your girlfriend and women in general as like you; equal to you and not objects. Consider that she is a human with feelings (sexual feelings too!) and that she, like you, wants honesty and value. Her value is not her virginity or in you being the "first to be there" but in her heart, mind, and self.
Knock off the "destroy women" crap.

Second tip: be compassionate. If you want people to be trustworthy - YOU be trustworthy and extend them trust.
