Physical.
Verbal.
I understood what you meant, and my advice stands. If you feel you're being abused, call CPS.

You either get her in trouble so you can be removed and put in foster care or you keep quiet and wait unto you turn 18. There are no other options.

No dude, you stop. This isn't the "tell me how to get what I want" forum. This is the legal forum. We told you the law. We also told you what to do if you're being abused. That is the only advice anyone can give you.
I realize that you're not happy with this advice, but there's nothing we can do about that. If you don't like the law, then write to your local congressman and tell him, see if you can get it changed so that a 13 year old that can't even legally get a job, can move out of her home and live with a 17 year old that at best has a part time job at McDonalds making minimum wage. Good luck with that.
Your question has been answered repeatedly. You don't have to like the answer, but it is what it is.
Good luck.

Well I guess you will just have to learn to live with it for 5 more years.

First you say you don't want to get your mom in trouble, now you're saying that there's no evidence. Well, that's for CPS to determine. If you call, they'll come over, likely unannounced, and they'll see what's going on in the home. They'll talk to you and your siblings, and also to your parents.
Talk to your teacher, the student counselor, and let them know what's going on at home. The more people you tell, the more evidence you accumulate.
Again, those are your options. Either live with it until you turn 18, or call CPS. If CPS deems your home unfit, you'll be sent to foster care until you turn 18. I have to say, all the people I know that were in foster care, would have much rather stayed with their abusive parents, and their parents were physically, emotionally, and sexually abusive. But those are your options. You have to choose one. There is no option C.

Excess me. If you read the rest of the coments I said when I'm 15 or 16 years old she be 19 or 20 years old. You don't need to make me look stupid. I don't want it you make me look like I'm just acting selfish I need it. So you don't need to be rude about it I asked for help not make me look stupid. If I wanted to look stupid I would ride my stakedbord in school and get iss.

Again... NO! She will not be able to be your guardian unless you get removed from the home.
We aren't trying to make you look stupid. You are doing a pretty good job of it all by yourself.

Oi! Let's try this.
Answer this question. What is the legal age you can move out? We answered this over and over, so you should know the answer.
So, with that info, tell me, can you move out when you're 15 or 16 to live with your friend of 19 or 20? Are you the legal age at 15 or 16? Close doesn't count. Is 16 the legal age? Read back, because we answered this.
I'm not the one making you look stupid, and none of us are being rude about it. We gave you the answer, and you want to argue about it. The thing is, we didn't write the law, we're just telling you what the law is. If you don't agree with the law, arguing with us isn't going to change it.

How am I switching around your words?
Oi!
Time to close this thread. We've answered the question many times, we've given advice on what to do if the OP is being abused, but this poster only wants to argue.
The law is the law. The answer has been given. Time to close.

gamekid, you cannot move out until YOU are 18. It doesn't matter how old your friend is.
I am going to close this thread. Any last comments? ***J beat me to it!!
