    That was good, Spit.

With all this lockout crap the football news has been sparse, and now the fast and furious transaction period I'm going to have to do a crash course on who is where before the draft. All I know is it's bittersweet to see Marion Barber get cut and it's a crap shoot as to who'll end up getting the RB duties this year. Could be the new guy...

    Hi Spitvenom.

You call that a touchdown! Now this is a 'touchdown'

    Thanks Clete,

I know you are not into Rugby League.

However, what it shows is the quarterback(halfback) and running backs(centres) scoring touchdowns (try) without the need for an offensive line.

In Rugby League the ball carrier sometimes needs to evade 5 or 6 players to score. No dream run to the goal line (try line).

Go the Tigers. Making their run at the right time. YES.

Now you know that's not right sometimes there is a dream run, wasn't there one in the origin series but our game is not designed to score off forward passes, but off forward kicks and running the ball down the field. We have seen some beautiful up and unders and the beauty of it, it is done with the feet as in foot ball not the hands without some predetermined strategy or set play

Not frightened a bit. Romo/Dez/Miles and Witten are going to shred opposing defenses.

Please Steve no one can throw on Nnamdi and DRC isn't a much better option to throw at. That is if Romo isn't on his back by Babin and Jenkins!!

Just because no one DID throw against him doesn't mean no on can throw against him. I think we open with the Jets so we'll be warmed up by the time the Iggles come around. Should be fun to see the Ryan twins go at it.

Yeah it should be fun to see Rex and Rob go at it. I really thought the Cowboys were going to sign Nnamdi after the Iggles got DRC. If you ask me I think Lurie is tired of being embarrassed by the Phillies and all the moves they make.

Actually no I didn't call it a touchdown. I called it running through a defense with Power and Finesse

    Hi spitvenom,

    Yes, so you did.

Compared to Rugby League; a rare event perhaps?
