OK sir for that kindly guide me for the same...
As it is not easy to forget everything... What should I do in the beginning... I have stopped calling or texting message her from today onwards... Though it is difficult... will do it for surre... And second thing I have started keeping very busy and engaged myself with all my activities... I am very active and popular guy in my group sir.. so I have started my life with full of joy once again.. So suggest me your ideas to come out of this.. And please be in touch with me at least for next few days till I feel little comffortable.. Its my request to you.. Thank you once AGAIN for everything |

What you are doing is the right thing. Staying busy and engaged is a start. Nothing you do is going to make the hurt go away immediately, but staying busy can dull it a little and give you less time to focus on it. I would also consider changing your phone number and blocking her from your email or any social networking sites. If she can't get in contact with you, there is nothing to respond to. You also may want to seek some counseling so you understand why you made such a bad decision and equip yourself to make better decisions in the future.
