    Meanwhile Wikileaks still threatens to reveal national security secrets. Although I think it is a good idea to protect intellectual property rights ,I just have to wonder if the DHS resources are misallocated in this instance.

    What gets me is that they are grabbing things without notification according to the article. With the exception of wire tap warrants the warrant requires service or posting. What's going on here is clearly one in many steps of this administration to move its heavy handed government to total power. Seems china and the soviet union used to do the same things.
