    Maybe they didn't charge her with a crime, because she DIDN'T commit a crime... Sounds to me like she was having a private conversation with Dennis Campbell... That's not electioneering. It's not even close... Now, I suppose some right winger, like Drudge can CALL this a crime, as right wingers are want to do... But it's not.

    Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: “No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place [or] within 100 feet of any polling place.”

    So FLOTUS ,who is on a campaign tour was NOT electioneering when she had a casual conversation with a voter who she urged to vote for her husband's agenda ? Nah .
    It only would be illegal if a Republican were doing it.
