    The CE guy was here today. He said that CE is going to install new ground rods on three of six utility poles on my street, including the one that feeds my house. He said the new rods will be driven 30 to 40 feet into the earth. At the main road at the end of our street, CE is also going to add something above ground (I forget what he called it) to the pole where 3-phase wires are strung. He said it will be done in 2 to 4 weeks.
