    You really need to stop typing in CAPS lock. That is the equivalent of shouting.

    I'm sorry you're in this predicament. I think the issue is that you don't understand as much as you think you do, you got in way over your head, and now you're trying to find your way back out.

    Time to close the thread. OP keeps posting conflicting information(first he didn't authorize them to run his credit, then he did authorize them; didn't want two cars, then he bought two cars; etc.). The question has been answered - sue for the return of the deposit.

    Of course, we have no way of knowing that a lawsuit will be beneficial, as the OP refuses to answer the simplest question of all: what did he sign?

    The contract and warranty paperwork. I'm not concerned about whether they ran your credit once, twice, a thousand times. I want to know what you agreed to on the contract.
