    I was hoping you would - one of the pack is supposed to get back to me with this. Lots of conversation, everybody said a Petition could be filed with Surrogate's, agreement that you cannot make funeral/burial arrangements in a Will and a lot of blank stares.

    Let's see if anyone actually DOES get back to me.

    Did he have full burial arrangements and transportation to US paid for? If not, she is not obligated to comply. If yes, she still is the spouse and has right of disposition so can do what she wants.
