    No way of telling. Sounds like she wants more of a relationship and just doesn't see it happening with you and decided to part ways.

    Nothing necessarily wrong with either one of you in this situation, just appreciate her honesty about it now.

    She may not have yet, but she may later. Whether she has or hasn't met someone yet, disappear from her life, and rebuild your own.
