As has been stated, you are too young to be engaging in such things and the only thing you can do is admit your mistake and accept the consequences like an adult.
I know many kids your age do this but that is no excuse and it makes you look very trashy. Not saying you are but that is the first impression you have created for his father.
As has been said these things come back to haunt you and a good rule of thumb is never put anything on the net that you wouldn't want your mother to know about.

We live and learn and I hope this major mistake will teach you a lesson.
As the previous posters have said, own up,apologise and don't do it again.
Good luck.

Way too young to even be thinking about this stuff! You need to act a little bit more mature

It's scary that you are only 13. Really scary! What is the world coming too! At 13 I had just finished playing with Barbies (I know, I know, that was a bit old for most =p) but still. I broke up with my boyfriend at 16 because I didn't want things to go further and he couldn't accept that.
I think take the other peoples advice. Apologise and don't do it again! Its not a good look (no matter how much peers and the media tell you it is). Plus depending on what the photos were like, its actually illegal

You should have thought before you sent pictures to anyone.
If I were the one who got the pictures by mistake you can be assured that your Mom and Dad would be there with me on Saturday to meet with you.
Hope you've learned your lesson!

No sense in beating yourself up about it, you cannot undue what has been done.
On the plus side, you will likely never do the same thing again, and will learn from this mistake.
Human nature is forgiving in my opinion, and your boyfriends father will realize you made a big mistake and he won't even bring it up.
Try to put it behind you, and think twice before you hit the send button again.
Good luck.

From the criminal side, it is illegal for you to send them, CPS have investigated several cases locally and many places to "make an example of the kdis" are being very harsh in dealing with them.
