I am sure glutathione works. There is research on it.

However, we do not realise that in order for it to work it must circulate as glutathione itself. Its not as if we are eating carbohydrates which need to be broken in the stomach and then circulated around the body.

It needs to be NOT broken down in the stomach. Thereby, if we could find either medication that has ingredients which when broken down convert INTO GLUTATHIONE in excess doses , there is a strong possibility we are going to get much lighter.

Else Im not sure but injections of glutathione seem more rational than capsules to me. Just my opinion.

But yes capsules I don't think will work either if its str8 glutathione.

Hmmm, not sure I buy this. These blood serum tests are always a bit sketchy because of preferential tissue accumulation, half-lives, different GI circumstances (empty stomach, full stomach, other things taken at the same time) and whatnot which are hard to correctly control for.

You always have to be careful of placebo effects on "I feel better" or "I have more energy" but some things, like reduced pigmentation, are harder to fool yourself on.

Liposomal glutathione might be better, but I'd file this under "needs a lot more study."
