    Nope, there is something you can do about it, plenty of things actually. But just need to realize it will always be an issue if you allow it to be. I've seen both sides, one person would rather sit and dwell about it and not get help and another went and saw a doctor, read up on it, and lives a normal happy life and you wouldn't know that he is on anti-depressants.
