Our DHCP server Time for assigning IP address is 7 days.

IP address conflict error is not occurring every Thursday while the Laptop user switch on the computer. All other days we are getting this Address conflicted with IP problem.

Do you have access to the Switches in your environment? What type of switches are they? To get past this point you need to start investigating from the network side.

You have the real answer to your question above by several people. You need to go to the machine that has the mac address 00:EF:BE:CF5:0A since that's where your conflict is and also that is where you can figure out WHY this is happening. I'm willing to bet that this machine either has its own static assigned or it is getting its IP address from another DHCP server. But to get to it at this point since you haven't been able to locate that machine you'll need access to the network switches in your environment since they can tell you exactly where that machine is located.

Laptop machine has Mac address of 00:EF:BE:CF5:0A, error occurs when this machine is switched on. We are having 2 Netgear 16 port switches (UnManagament).

We have only one DHCP server that is running in our SBS 2003 domain server. No other connectivity components like Router or Wirless Access Point have DHCP server.

In Laptop machine cause any issues or is there any server cache problem.

OK, I went through the entire thread again and there is something missing that you're not telling us. You say that you are running the only DHCP however, you have two different networks. Your IP conflict is on the 10.0.0.x network but the IPCONFIG that you displayed is from 192.168.4.x subnet. There is a DHCP server (192.168.4.2) which is likely your Wireless Access Point. So what you displayed was the IPCONFIG of a RUDRA when he was on wireless. Can you do the following:

    1) Display output of IPCONFIG /ALL of RUDRA when he's NOT on wireless
    2) Display output of IPCONFIG /ALL of your SBS server

Also, your last post indicated that you have a machine with 00:EF:BE:CF5:0A. Can you go to that machine and display the output of IPCONFIG/ALL?
