Many closeted gay males are able to have sex with women, so that's not proof of anything. And it's not the high voice that clinches it; it's the list of attributes and the fact that "everyone believes him to be gay." Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. If this assertion makes you defensive about your own sexuality, you might have some thinking to do.

    Why would his sexuality matter?

Is there a purpose to wanting "proof" that your suspicions are correct?

It's not the assertion makes me defensive, it's the fact that you are putting so much attention on loose facts. You have the most ignorant reasons for believing him to be "gay", "everyone believes him to be gay" oh that clinches it, open and shut case. I am glad we don't have this type of thought process in our legal system or we are in a terrible position. The only way I will think someone is gay, is if they A. hit on me, B tell me "hey Rome, I'm gay' or C. tell me they had a sexual encounter with a member of the same sex.

Many regular men can have sex with women and have a good sense of fashion while talking in a high voice and be straight.

I'm just wondering why this is important to you?
    Why would you ask him?
How would you feel if someone 'thought you were gay, straight, because of the pitch of your voice or how you dress?
There once was a time everyone thought the world was flat!
Just because the general consenses has agreed this guy is gay, does not make it so.
    To be frank,its his business.

He is the one to ask, so end the speculation, and ask him yourself.
