I really like you... I believe that God puts people in your life at a certain time for a certain reason. I think that the scripture means exactly what you said. Because it also takes in the bible about how we are not suppose to eat certain foods and that our body is our temple so I agree, and thanks for any of the info on the pcos... you just made me realize all things are possible through God and God puts in our hearts are desire and I don't think that he would put in my heart sooo bad to be a mother and it not to happen thank you for reminding me just to have faith!

I agree with Nohelp4U but I also think it can mean on a spiritual level lack of knowledge about God.
The passage can be appied bith ways.

Maggie, I think you hit the nail on the head. I see this as an end times prophesy telling the people that if they do not accept the truth and the way that they will perish in the everlasting fires of hell. The only way to know the truth is to be into the Word of God constantly, and in fellowship with believes that can guide and correct you when you do not fully understand.
