    Since Jesus only claimed to establish one Church. And since He only referred people to one Church. And since He said that His Church would not fail, I believe that the Church still exists today.

    And since history proves that the Catholic Church is the oldest Church, I believe that Church is Christ's Church.

    The Church is that body of people who follow Jesus in obedience to His known will. To say that the Catholic church is that church ignores all the terrible things that denomination has been responsible for down through the centuries. If you want to get right down to it, the Catholic church can trace several ideas back to ancient Babylon. I'm not particularly bashing Catholicism, but pointing out that a long denominational history does not prove anything more than longevity.
