[QUOTE=BABRAM] Wake up. You sound like a spoiled elitist brat. The economy has already suffered under your twice elected President Bush. Too bad for you, "progunr." You're response was very uneducated. Vote smart. Vote Obama![Quote]
Your man NObama is the elitist, everyone knows that.
Are you talking about the economy that GREW by 3.3% in the second quarter of THIS YEAR?
My God, that is terrible isn't it?
Your gloom and doom NObama won't mention that, will he.
He won't mention that while he promised to eliminate the capital gains tax on small businesses, that the truth is, small businesses don't pay capital gains tax, they pay income tax, which he WILL RAISE. But it sure sounded good, didn't it?
He continues to lie, saying that McCain sides with GW over 90% of the time, but the facts prove that to be an outright lie as well.
As to my response, at least I didn't just copy my answer from another question, and paste it here, like your intelligent example.
Enjoy the holiday weekend.

"CQ's Presidential Support studies try to determine how often a legislator votes in line with the President's position:
CQ tries to determine what the president personally, as distinct from other administration officials, does and does not want in the way of legislative action. This is done by analyzing his messages to Congress, news conference remarks and other public statements and documents.
So, these studies only track votes when the President has an explicit, stated opinion on a bill. According to CQ, Senator John McCain has voted with President Bush 100% of the time in 2008 and 95% of the time in 2007"
FactCheck.org: Is it true John McCain voted with George Bush 95 percent of the time?

You left out the part that said this number refers to "recently" but that the percentage is much less in earlier years.
And you forgot to mention the part that said that NObama voted WITH Bush 49% of the time.
Isn't that a lot for a Democrat, as compared to Republican voting with a Republican?

Wake up! The housing market slowed the economy down, amongst other things under Dubya, and that three percent looks almost good to the ignorant. The chart runs up and down like a roller coaster BBC NEWS | Business | US economy at a glance But wait! The inflation rate was over four percent and that chart is steady rising! Current Inflation

He mentioned lost jobs, economic slow growth, and people sacrificing a day of work a week just to keep others employed. English! Do you speak it? Do you understand it?

And as usual "your facts" are not available, but mine are. I know who the liar is here and it's not Barack Obama.
Here are the facts:
Think Progress » McCain voted with Bush 100 percent of the time in 2008.
John McCain Revealed : McCain And Bush
Newsvine - McCain Voted with Bush 95% of the Time in 2007
FactCheck.org: Is it true that even though John McCain calls himself a Republican, he has sided more with the Dems than with the Repubs?

Well thank you. I thought my example was intelligent as well. My answers are generally thorough enough that I can apply them to several redundant questions. Most sites have a catalog of answers that can be accessed and used by their experts, but this one doesn't (only rated), so I make my own going back in threads. I won't sue myself for plagiarism by using my own words. I know your jealous, perhaps just ignorant, but might could you do us all a favor and consider growing up? Did you notice that the name of this site is "Ask Me Help Desk"?? Now there's a good reason for that! We should be here to help others and learn. After you start reading a book you would not tear out each page after it was read, would you?? No, you wouldn't. You may have to reference something in that book, so it's saved complete in the home library.

It is funny come to think about it. Flexing all those big cyber muscles and the he-man patriotic tongue in cheek talk... "I'll rent a truck and help them move" and "let's make them." In the USA you show up in the hood and they'd take your two trucks (and your bus), and then send you and Rick hitchhiking back to neckville. Two days later the police call you to say they found all the vehicles stripped down on blocks, abandoned in East LA. :D

OK-let me think... I can see two scenarios here:
1 If NObama wins he will increase taxes,he will print $10,000,000,000,000 more, $ will lose its power forever, and the Canadians/including NeedKarma/ will go to the USA and buy the White House with their mighty Canadian Dollar.
2If McCain wins,he will capture Canada, and the Canadians/including NeedKarma/ will not be obligated to sing"God save our precious Queen...":)

Obama made a lot of half truths, outright lies and distortions in his acceptance address. I guess it is probably true that McCain voted 95% of the time with President Bush but it is undeniable that on many issues there is serious disagreement between them. I will post them even though some of them are issues I have against McCain
- McCain fought for campaign finance reform — McCain-Feingold — that Bush resisted and ultimately signed because he had no choice.
- McCain led the battle to restrict interrogation techniques of terror suspects .
- McCain went with Joe Lieberman on a tough measure to curb climate change,
- McCain opposed the Bush tax cuts when they passed.
- McCain urged the Iraq surge, a posture Bush rejected for years before conceding its wisdom.
- McCain favors FDA regulation of tobacco and sponsored legislation to that effect, a position all but a handful of Republican senators oppose.
- McCain's energy bill, also with Lieberman, is a virtual blueprint for energy independence and development of alternate sources.
- After the Enron scandal, McCain introduced sweeping reforms in corporate governance and legislation to guarantee pensions and prohibit golden parachutes for executives. Bush opposed McCain's changes and the watered-down Sarbanes-Oxley bill eventuated.
- McCain has been harshly critical of congressional overspending, particularly of budgetary earmarks, a position Bush only lately adopted (after the Democrats took over Congress).
One of the biggest distortion in the percentage is that most Senate votes are unanimous .So by Obama's logic the Democrats vote the majority of the time with the President also.

Hello GV:
I don't know what you been smokin, but pass it over here... It appears that your short term memory is faulty. That happens when I smoke that stuff too.
The last time we had a surplus was when a DEMOCRAT ran things. The last time we had deficit was when a REPUBLICAN ran things. HE printed zillions of $$$'s and HE put the dollar into a nosedive. HE never vetoed a spending bill until the DEMOCRATS took over congress.
By the way, your REPUBLICAN said he doesn't know anything about the economy, and his adviser said we're a nation of whiners... THOSE are the people you want running things?? How can your side run the country when you can't figure out that crap??
