The bottom of a piece of art work designed to sit on a table or shelf, the green is the felt and the round brown dohickey is the feet.

Nice tries.
Hint:
This guess has been mentioned previously in one of the "what is this?"
... I guess it's not much of a hint, huh?

Ohhh is it the little metal thing that holds a piece of paper together? It goes through the hole of the paper... has the two little things you fold over the other side?

The era of this object looks about like 1970's to me... should I forget about the era, or am I right on target?

Hint:
Forget the felt. Could be an entirely different surface. It MIGHT help if the felt was... say... black? I guess back in the day, they used green felt? But overall, forget the felt.

It was about a boy who found a dragon (the dragon was the cartoon part) and a family tried to take it away from him. They were trying to make a profit off him or something. Its characters look run-down kind of like chimney sweepers back in the day.

Power goes out in part of house w/out tripping breaker Part 2

How would I use a voltage tester? Would I go from outlet to outlet measuring the voltage? I've gone around the house and tightened outlets and opened the panel and tightened the screws that were not tight.
I haven't seen the lights dim since I tightened everything.
Thanks a lot!
