ISneezeFunny agrees: I think this may have been the only movie that made me cry... SWIM ARIEL! SWIM!!
It's the end, when she gives her daddy a hug and says "I love you daddy", that always gets me. We have the movie, I don't watch it unless I have a box of tissues handy. ;)

Yep, ENDORPHINS!!
We get them at the gym, when scared, with sex, and when we laugh. Movies can help!!
They can be really essential to retraining us to get the head back in the game.

For some reason, I loved Master and Commander: the Far Side of the World. That movie actually got me into the book series. Now I want to sail around the world in a tall ship. Talk about escapism...
Russel Crowe is one BAMF. I also liked American Gangster.
