Often stones are caused not only by junk food but calcium build up because it is not being absorbed right. Besides cutting out junk food you should take 250 to 300 mg magnesium and vitamin D to help calcium absorption so you do not get calcium deposits.

Also keep up with your doctor visits.

Yup, the combination of calcium malabsorption and caffeine can lead to kidney stones.

Multi vitamins are not really good. They are hard and do not dissolve properly.
To help your calcium absorption you will need to buy magnesium and vitamin D,
People who take multi's do not get the optimized synergizing benefit of taking individual
vitamins in the right combination. Some vitamins actually counteract others. It is also best to take them in any form other than tablet because tablets do not dissolve properly. To make sure a tablet is dissolving properly put it in a glass of water for one hour. I would even leave it in the water to get an idea of how long it actually did take to dissolve. Since you have an on going problem the magnesium and D might not seem to do much even though it could possibly prevent it from getting worse than it would without.
