I give my cats regular petroleum jelly when they have hairballs. It works well and is not as expensive. However, I recommend that you consider homemade cat food, this way you can control the kitten's water consumption and add a bit of fiber with veggies. There are a lot of great recipes on line. Just be sure to keep in mind not to use ingredients that can be toxic to cats. |
