    A bit late to the draw but see you adam.

    Counting the minutes. Today work feels like prison. Can't be at all because I have cold beers waiting and a hot date with the hubby and my son.

    It is my mums birthday today as well 57th, and it was my brothers 18th yesterday, no parties though :)


    I'm going to head off as well now I've been running myself a bath (as I don't have a bath down where I live) and I'm going to relax before the england v usa game which starts in about an hour,

    Then ill start climbing into that bag :D

    Okay, I googled it this time. I'm not quite a fan of basket ball :o

    USA most probably will lose this match. England seems to have a quite easy match tonight :)

    Well, after almost killing self in the heat and an encounter I didn't want to have, I FINALLY have a valid id. Considering my last one expired last August, it was a little past due.

    It has the bonus of having a REALLY bad picture. Apparently, riding a bike as fast as possible to the bmv, back home to get proof of address, and BACK to the bmv, all in less than 30 minutes and on the hottest day yet this year, makes my face REALLY red.

    That's OK, I'll 'lose' it in a few months and get a replacement card.

    Its not so much a surprise any more. My son told him out of excitement. The little turd. But either way it will be fun. In the end I am glad he knows. When we get there not many will be there yet. Most are coming later. I was able to tell him that.

    Hi again all.

    What's with the horrible hornets noise. I was watching some of the footy but the background sound is giving me a headache.

    I've been earning brownie points cooking up a storm for hubby to enjoy with the footy. I made chili, pavlova, ice-cream, sorbet and chocolates. And stocked up on beer. Didn't actually make that though. Think he's appreciative but he's busy moaning at the England Goalie right now.
