    I know about that post and about that stuff in the Bible... I believe it up to a point, but its still hard.

    My fiancé is a Christian too, and she struggles with this too, but the wife only has to submit to her husband, but not in the typical way of the world... its diff somehow.. she doesn't become his slave...

    I have a real problem with the word submit. A huge problem.

    I won't get into it here, most of the people on this site know why I have a problem with this. It bothers me. A lot.

    The day I submit to anyone is the day I'm six feet under.

    The day my husband tells me what to do and expects me to obey, is the day he'll be walking out the door for good.

    Not going to happen, ever.

    I would kind of like to quit smoking for good but I don't know if I want to or not. I really don't want to quit now so I probably won't stick with it. I would just like to quit for a couple days to clear my body out a bit but the way I am going, I may not make it past lunch without one.
