How to tap 120V out of 240V heater circuit

 Hello, I need to tap 120V out of the existing 240V baseboard heater wirings to use a 120V 3-prong washer (the heater itself was removed, only the wiring left. I do have a 120V outlet nearby but on the other side of the doorway so I don't want to use it) Currently there are 5 wires at the 240V...

 Thanks in advance for any help.. I am trying to set up new 240 v baseboard heating in my attic My questions is can I put it through 2 different single pole breakers - each for every phase? Heater = 240v / 1500w breakers = 15A And what can be wrong? (technically - this is not a code... 
240V space heater to 208V supply

 I purchased a used construction 240V space heater (4.8KW) 12/2 cabtire wiring (rated 20A). Can I connect this to a 208V supply or must I re-size any items in the space heater 
Connecting 240v heater to 2 - 1 pole breakers

 I have 2 - 15amp tandem breakers - both are 1 pole. I know that normally you would use a 2 pole breaker to create a 240v feed to the heater. However, if I connect my 12-2 wire to the 2 different breakers, I get 240v and my heater works correctly. Is there any problem to doing this rather than...
