    I can't use my new iPod!
    I have a new iPod that was bought for me as a present, the problem is every time I connect it to the laptop to download songs onto it it keeps saying connect a device and the iPod says its connected. Am I doing something wrong? Please help me its driving me mad!!

    You may have to reinstall drivers.

    Have you installed itunes on your laptop ?

    Try downloading this Zune - Reviews and free Zune downloads at Download.com it might help, I use it for all my ipods and stuff, if it doesn't work I would suggest using windows media player, that usually works for everything.
