    When is the best time to job search when relocating?
    I will be relocating to Phoenix is about 3-4 months. When is the best time to start applying for jobs via the internet?

    If you know the exact date you will be in AZ, start now.

    There is never a bad time to start. If you know your moving you should start ASAP. It will expand your options for certain jobs. Best of luck
