Keep me from making a laminate flooring mistake!
Got an old house - 1900 - with really bad hardwood. Planning on saving a little by replacing with laminate. My question is what type of in floor heat is best handled by a laminate floor? Should I invest in the pad type like you'd use with tile or would it be better to install the hot water radiant between the joists from my unfinished (for now) basement. Any advice? Need help trying to keep heating costs down. Thanks.
